Razdelimo jih lahko v štiri kategorije: (1) preskrba – naravni viri, pitna voda, les itd., (2) regulacija – varstvo pred erozijo, poplavami, naravnimi katastrofami, (3) podpora – fotosinteza, proizvodnja kisika, vezava CO2, opraševanje rastlin in (4) kultura – vse možnosti sprostitve, navdiha in regeneracije, ki jih človek išče in najde v naravi. Prekomerno izkoriščanje naravnih ekosistemov prinaša ljudem višji standard, a zmanjšuje dolgoročno preživetje človeške populacije. Številne raziskovalne skupine po vsem svetu se v zadnjem času ukvarjajo s finančnim vrednotenjem teh storitev. Tak pristop utemeljujejo z dejstvom, da vsi ti podporni sistemi prispevajo neposredno in posredno k dobrobiti človeštva in so sestavni del ekonomske vrednosti našega planeta. -

(PAF) for NATURA 2000 in SLOVENIA
PRIORITISED ACTION FRAMEWORK (PAF) FOR NATURA 2000 in SLOVENIA pursuant to Article 8 of Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora (the Habitats Directive) for the Multiannual Financial Framework period 2021 – 2027 Contact address: Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning Dunajska 48 SI- 1000 Ljubljana Slovenia [email protected] PAF SI 2019 A. Introduction A.1 General introduction Prioritised action frameworks (PAFs) are strategic multiannual planning tools, aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of the measures that are needed to implement the EU-wide Natura 2000 network and its associated green infrastructure, specifying the financing needs for these measures and linking them to the corresponding EU funding programmes. In line with the objectives of the EU Habitats Directive1 on which the Natura 2000 network is based, the measures to be identified in the PAFs shall mainly be designed "to maintain and restore, at a favourable conservation status, natural habitats and species of EU importance, whilst taking account of economic, social and cultural requirements and regional and local characteristics". The legal basis for the PAF is Article 8 (1) of the Habitats Directive2, which requires Member States to send, as appropriate, to the Commission their estimates relating to the European Union co-financing which they consider necessary to meet their following obligations in relation to Natura 2000: to establish the necessary conservation measures involving, if need be, appropriate management plans specifically designed for the sites or integrated into other development plans, to establish appropriate statutory, administrative or contractual measures which correspond to the ecological requirements of the natural habitat types in Annex I and the species in Annex II present on the sites. -

HIKING IN SLOVENIA Green. Active. Healthy. www.slovenia.info #ifeelsLOVEnia www.hiking-biking-slovenia.com |1 THE LOVE OF WALKING AT YOUR FINGERTIPS The green heart of Europe is home to active peop- le. Slovenia is a story of love, a love of being active in nature, which is almost second nature to Slovenians. In every large town or village, you can enjoy a view of green hills or Alpine peaks, and almost every Slove- nian loves to put on their hiking boots and yell out a hurrah in the embrace of the mountains. Thenew guidebook will show you the most beauti- ful hiking trails around Slovenia and tips on how to prepare for hiking, what to experience and taste, where to spend the night, and how to treat yourself after a long day of hiking. Save the dates of the biggest hiking celebrations in Slovenia – the Slovenia Hiking Festivals. Indeed, Slovenians walk always and everywhere. We are proud to celebrate 120 years of the Alpine Associati- on of Slovenia, the biggest volunteer organisation in Slovenia, responsible for maintaining mountain trails. Themountaineering culture and excitement about the beauty of Slovenia’s nature connects all generations, all Slovenian tourist farms and wine cellars. Experience this joy and connection between people in motion. This is the beginning of themighty Alpine mountain chain, where the mysterious Dinaric Alps reach their heights, and where karst caves dominate the subterranean world. There arerolling, wine-pro- ducing hills wherever you look, the Pannonian Plain spreads out like a carpet, and one can always sense the aroma of the salty Adriatic Sea. -

We used GPS-UHF tags to follow the movements of 23 terns from Slovenia (7 individuals) and Croatia (16 individuals). We investigated the movements of birds from three breeding sites, i.e. Lakes Ptuj, Siromaja 2 and Rakitje. Conclusions are based on 43,105 locations which were collected with a frequency of one reading per 20 minutes during the day and one reading per 4 hours during the night. In Slovenia, terns used a 60 km long and narrow area over Stara struga Drave (former river-bed of the Drava River) between Ormož and Maribor as well as eleven fishponds / lakes in its surroundings, most of them in the Pesnica valley. -

Acrocephalus, 2017, Letnik 38, Številka 174-175
Acrocephalus 38 (174/175): 81–83, 2017 Pred izidom atlasa gnezdilk On the Publication of the Atlas of Breeding Birds Z atlasom gnezdilk pojmujemo celosten popis pojavljanja in razširjenosti vrst, ki ga v sodobnem času praviloma dopolnjujemo tudi s podatki o številčnosti. -
Implementation Manual
D.T3.3.1 Template for reporting Pilot Actions Results PA3 related to the public pilot buildings in Slovenia (D.T.3.3.4) 10 Executive summary This template is delivered for reporting pilot actions with technical description and documentation about the combination/selection and application of the integrated measures applied in pilot buildings. Partners are required to include a presentation of their Pilot Action, providing with an overview of the implemented activities and results achieved. Each partner has to produce this report using information and content collected at local level with the support of the managers/users/negotiating panels of the involved buildings. It is not requested to included detailed information for each single building involved (a part some specific information about the energy consumption) as detailed information have been already provided in the PILOT CONCEPT DESIGNS. Exemplification, reference to specific context are welcome. Note for the authors: please provide information in all the requested text boxes. You have to consider that the provided information will serve to prepare other project documents/deliverables such as the final e-book. For that reason, it is important to write clearly to create the conditions that everyone can understand and get the added value you want to share with the “external” audience. Several content of the current template will be transferred and used for preparing the PILOT FACTSHEET compulsory for the CE programme DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING THE FILLED TEMPLATE TO THE LEAD PARTNER: 20 JANUARY 2019 2 1. Summary description of the pilot action (including investment, if applicable) explaining its experimental nature and demonstration character.
