David Six, they are 49-7 in the HU Convocation Center. Hampton had not lost at home since Jan. 28, 2012, falling to Coppin State in overtime, prior to a loss to American back on Dec. 4 of last season. Hampton is 2-3 at home this season after beating North Carolina A&T 54-48 on Saturday.

Head coach David Six has won the MEAC Tournament in each of his five seasons at the helm. During that span, Hampton is 62-2 in MEAC play (74-2 including MEAC Tourna- ment games).
