Service Guide Lower South West Enable (Enable SouthWest Inc.) Service Description

Enable Western Australia is the largest local service provider in the South West region working alongside individuals and families living with disability and/or mental illness. Enable works to support people to live their life in their community. We are all about building relationships with people and listening to them so that we can find out the things that are important to the person and/or their family. We then tailor supports which are unique to the person and the things they want out of life. At Enable we offer:

 locally staffed offices in Bunbury, Bridgetown, Busselton, , Manjimup and with access to 7 day a week x 24 hour after-hours support  individualised support planning with you the client at the centre of the planning process  support from a coordinator to help you work out what you want, plan supports and deal with the day to day organisation of your support  support staff who are matched with you and your interests to help you achieve your goals  in-house professional services including nursing and psychology as well as facilitated access to a range of other professional services  support to manage all or some of your funding yourself if that is your preference
