TGV, INTERCITÉS Après avoir constaté une baisse de la fréquentation des trains à grande vitesse (TGV INOUI, OUIGO) lors de la première semaine du confinement, avec un taux d’occupation descendu à environ 15% (contre 50% en moyenne les semaines précédentes), SNCF Voyageurs avait adapté le plan de transport grande vitesse pour l’amener à près de 30% de l’offre habituelle depuis le jeudi 5 novembre. La fréquentation montre depuis une certaine stabilité, avec en moyenne 30 à 40% des sièges occupés, ce qui représente un taux d’occupation d’environ 10% par rapport à un plan de transport normal.
