Rule 4(3) of the said Rules further provides that a summary of information furnished by the members under sub-rule (2) of this Rule is required to be published in Bulletin-Part II. The requisite information as furnished by the following Members elected/re-elected in the Biennia/Bye- Elections to the Rajya Sabha from the States of Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and West Bengal, during the months of July and August, 2017, is are detailed below:— Sl. Shri Sukhendu Sekhar Ray -do- __________ No.56975 Committee Co-ordination Section Presentation of Reports of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Agriculture Shri Hukm Deo Narayan Yadav, Chairperson, Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Agriculture presented the following reports (in English and Hindi) of the Committee to the Hon'ble Speaker, Lok Sabha on Wednesday, the 30th August, 2017, under Direction 71A of the 'Direction by the Speaker, Lok Sabha':– (i) Forty-third Report on the action taken by the Government on the Observations/Recommendations contained in the Thirty-sixth Report of the Committee on Agriculture (2016-2017) on 'Demands for Grants (2017-18)' pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agricultural Research and Education); (ii) Forty-fourth Report on the action taken by the Government on the Observations/Recommendations contained in the Thirty-seventh Report of the Committee on Agriculture (2016-2017) on 'Demands for Grants (2017-18)' pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries); and (iii) Forty-fifth Report on the Subject "Implementation of Scheme for Integrated Cold Chain and Value Addition Infrastructure" pertaining to the Ministry of Food Processing Industries. 2. Hon’ble Speaker, Lok Sabha has also permitted printing, publication and circulation of the above mentioned Reports under Rule 280 of the 'Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha'. __________ 3 No.56976 Committee Co-ordination Section Presentation of Tenth Report of the Committee on Empowerment of Women Shrimati Bijoya Chakravarty, Chairperson, Committee on Empowerment of Women presented the Tenth Report (in English and Hindi) of the Committee on the subject 'Women in Detention and Access to Justice' to the Hon'ble Speaker, Lok Sabha on Wednesday, the 30th August, 2017 under Direction 71A of the Directions by the Speaker, Lok Sabha. 2. Hon'ble Speaker, Lok Sabha, has also permitted printing, publication and circulation of the above mentioned Report, under Rule 280 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha. The National Anthem was played at the commencement of the Session.
