Regarding Practical Examination in different (General, Honours, Add-on course) subjects, the Examinees are advised to keep contact with the respective Centre Superintendents. N.B.:- 1. The examinations shall be held as per the programme, even if any of the date(s) is/are subsequently declared as holiday and unless otherwise the examination(s) is/are rescheduled with proper notification or information from the undersigned. 2. The Dean and Principal/ Center Superintendent is requested to conduct the Practical examinations and submit the marks to the undersigned with the time scheduled as per the instructions. 3. The Dean and Principal/ Center Superintendent should ensure not to allow the candidates to carry mobile phones, electronic gadgets, paper slips, printed book materials etc., before entering in the examination hall. 4. The Dean and Principal/ Center Superintendent is requested to ensure for maintaining all COVID-19 prevention measures such as Social Distancing, Hand Washing/ Sanitization compulsory use of Mask, Routine Disinfection etc, must be followed scrupulously before entering the students into the examination hall.

The respective Principals of the Colleges shall act as the Centre Superintendent for conduct of the Examinations 2020. Further, they are requested to bring it to the notice of the Controller of Examinations, Berhampur University if any deficiency found in the programme immediately. The Principal/s of the tagged colleges are requested to deposited the center expenses fee @ 100/- candidate with the center superintendent and depute one teacher of the college for identification of the

candidate at the Examination centre. The center superintendent Are requested to refer the examination center list Notification issued vide Notification No.952/Exam.Gen (UG)/Bu/2020, dated 15-02-2020 (and Notification No.1135/Exam.Gen (UG)/BU/2020, dated 26-02-2020 for GT, PR and SV Code named colleges). N.B: any deficiency/discrepancy detected in this Programme should be brought to the notice of the Controller of Examinations immediately.
