She has 26 years of experience in the field of Research and Teaching.She has completed 16 research projects on diverse areas of education, welfare of SC & ST, work culture in Industry, women studies etc. Her academic interest includes Sociology of Development, Education and Women Studies. Presently She is working as the State Nodal Officer , All India Survey on Higher Education, Sponsored by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.
