J. Andrew Carlson, M.D. Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Dr. Carlson received his MD from McGill University in Montreal Quebec. He received his pathology residency training from the Mallory Institute of Pathology of Boston University and Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Carlson’s dermatopathology fellowship training was completed at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Carlson is board certified in both anatomic pathology and dermatopathology. Llewellyn A. Foulke, MD Assistant Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Dr. Foulke graduated Magna Cum Laude from the School of Medicine at SUNY Buffalo and received his pathology residency training at the University of Pennsylvania where he also completed a cytopathology fellowship. He also completed a surgical pathology fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Dr. Foulke is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and cytopathology. Amy Hahn, Ph.D. Director of Transplantation Immunology Laboratory; Associate Professor of Surgery Dr. Hahn received her Ph.D. in Immunology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and served her postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Immunogenetics Laboratories. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics and holds a New York State Department of Health Certificate of Qualification in Histocompatibility and Cellular Immunology. She received her anatomic and clinical pathology residency training at Albany Medical Center where she also completed a hematopathology fellowship program.
