ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — BETWEEN THE TOWN OF DUNDURN AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF DUNDURN NO. 314 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Dundurn has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Town of Dundurn and the Rural Municipality of Dundurn No. 314 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Dundurn ; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. SCHEDULE B The boundaries of the Town of Dundurn shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within: Township 33, Range 4, West of the Third Meridian and described as: (1) the following portions of Section 3: (a) all that portion of the north‑west quarter lying west of Highway No. 11, Plan No. 66S07069; (2) the following portions of Section 4: (a) the most northerly 402.336 metres in width throughout the north‑east quarter section; and (b) that portion of the north‑west quarter section described as: commencing at the north‑east corner of the quarter section; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the quarter section a distance of 329.761 metres; thence westerly and perpendicular to the eastern boundary a distance of 303.00 metres; thence northerly and parallel to the eastern boundary to the northern boundary of the quarter section; thence easterly along the said northern boundary to the point of commencement. (3) the following portions of Section 9: (a) all that portion of the south‑east quarter section lying to the south of the northern limit of Registered Plans numbered Parcel F, Plan No. 81506132; Block 17 and 18, Plan No. 79510318; R.1, Plan No. 785421013 and Parcel L, Plan No. CT1758; and (b) all that portion of the south‑west quarter section commencing at the south‑east corner of the quarter section; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the quarter section a distance of 4.949 metres; thence westerly perpendicular to the eastern boundary of the quarter section a distance of 303.00 metres; thence southerly and parallel with the eastern boundary of the quarter section to its intersection with the southern boundary of the quarter section; thence easterly along the said southern boundary to the point of commencement. (4) the following portions of Section 10: (a) the most westerly 76.2 metres in perpendicular width throughout of the most southerly 402.336 metres in perpendicular width throughout the south‑west quarter section; and (b) parcel X, Plan No. G916. Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. correction order — regarding the ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF milden AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF milden NO. 286 It has been determined that the order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Village of Milden and the Rural Municipality of Milden No. 286 contained a misdescription. The measurements described in Schedule A contain an error in terms of the length of the northern boundary of the affected parcel which was described as 195.59 metres instead of the actual 135.598 metres. Pursuant to section 64 of The Municipalities Act: (1) no misnomer, misdescription or omission in an order made pursuant to section 64 suspends or impairs in any way the operation of this Act with respect to the matter misnamed, misdescribed or omitted and the minister may, by order, correct that matter at any time. (2) a correction order made pursuant to subsection(1): (a) is effective on the date specified in the correcting order; and (b) may be retroactive to the date of the original order. AS SUCH, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The misdescription contained in the order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Village of Milden and the Rural Municipality of Milden No. 286 is corrected by replacing Schedule A and Schedule B as attached.
