ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES – TOWN OF HAFFORD M.O. ED12/2015-16. Whereas the limits of the Town of Hafford were altered by Minister’s Order, authorized by the Minister of Government Relations, effective December 7, 2015 to include the following lands: 1. Section 23, Township 43, Range 10, West of the Third Meridian, Parcel No. 154376691. Now therefore I, Don Morgan, Minister of Education, pursuant to the powers vested in me by subsections 54(1) and (7) of The Education Act, 1995, and in compliance with section 357 and subsection 54(2) of the Act, do hereby order that the Conseil des écoles fransaskoises School Division No. 310 of Saskatchewan be altered, effective the date of this Order, in the manner set forth herein: THE SASKATCHEWAN GAZETTE, FEBRUARY 19, 2016 293

Dreveny was incorporated into a Czech squadron of the RAF as an air gunner. He was killed on July 13, 1944 when the Liberator aircraft he was in crashed in heavy fog. Gordon Lake 55˚25'25" North Latitude 105˚22'55" West Longitude Named after PFC Lawrence Samuel Gordon. PFC Gordon was born in Eastend, Saskatchewan in 1916, and was killed in France in 1944 while fighting with the US army. His remains were misidentified as German, and he was buried in a German cemetery. Recent investigations, including DNA testing, positively identified him. His remains were subsequently repatriated to Eastend where he was reburied in August of 2014. Dated this 5th day of February, 2016.
