RULES 1.1 This event will be governed by: (a) the Racing Rules of Sailing 2017-2020 (RRS), (b) the ClubSwan 50, Swan 45, ClubSwan 42 and ClubSwan 36 Class Rules. (c) the World Sailing Special Regulations Governing Offshore Racing Category 4, subject to possible amendments by class rules. (d) RRS 55 is in force. (e) The Prescriptions of the FIV 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11 to the RRS will apply.
