AUCTION NOTICE Board Clifton intends to rent out its vacant 1st Floor of Building containing 21 Rooms having covered area 5428 Sft of CBC Elaj located at Phase-II DHA Karachi (hereinafter referred as premises) through open public auction purely on advance monthly rent basis exclusively for the purposes of establishment of Medical Centre / Specialist Clinics. The building is fully equipped area with all facilities including electricity t gds, water, Wash Rooms, lift & parking area etc. Auction will be held on 02/03/2021, at 1200 hrs in the office of Cantonment Board Clifton (CC-38, Kh-e-Rahat, Phase VI, DHA, Karachi). In case of auction will not held then it witl conduct on second time on 03/A3/2021 and on third time 04103/2021,. A11 interested parties / persons can participate in open public auction.

Terms & Conditions:- 1. The participants should provide attested copy of Computerized National lclentity Card. 2. The participants will deposit CDR / PO/DD of Rs. 5,00,000/- issued from any scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment tsoard Clifton which will be returned to the participants except the highest bidder:. 3. Tenancy F{old Itights of the Building premises will be auctioned on montl-rly rent basis. Successful bidder / Tenant will be 1iab1e to deposit the quarterly post-dated cheque in advance. 4. Six rnonths rent will be deposited in advance as refundable security before possession of the prernises. 5. 'I'he highest birlder shall deposit six months rent in advance in acldition to the security deposit (refundable) at the fall of hammer. 6. 'fhe tenancy period will be for 05 years extendable for further two similar terms. 7. 'I'he monthly rer-rt shall be enhanced 10% annually. I'he lluiicling prernises will be used as Meclical Centre only no otl-rer business will be carriecl out at said prernises. 10. Ail taxes will payable by the highest bidder as per rules in vogue. 1L. The tenant will be responsible to maintain the existing installation in good condition and if further required, will install all utilities in the property at his own cost for which pr:ior NOC shall have to be obtained from Cantonment \ Board Clifton and the Installations so installed shall be deemed to be the property of Cantonment Board Clifton and no claim shall be accepted in this respect. 12. The tenant will be responsible for repair / maintenance f renovation of the premises at his / her own cost with prior approval of the Cantonment Board Clifton. 13. The tenant will extend all health facilities / consultancies available in the said rented premises to Cantt Fund Employees RHQ & MEO Employees on such subsidized rates f charges to be decided mutually. 14. The tenant will be bound to abide by instructions issued from time to time. 15. The highest bidder will provide non-judicial stamp paper of prescribed value within 15 days from the intimation of the approval of bid for execution of tenancy agreement. 16. The tenancy shall be governed by Property Rules-1957. 17. The Board is authorizedto reject any bid on technical / administrative grounds as per Rule 33(1) of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules-2004 (as amended) 18.
