5.建设内容（Construction content）：

(1) location, type and scale of farm, and the amount of waste(位置，农场类型和

Location: Hujiadian，HuagouTown,Gaoqing County, Zibo City, Shandong Province Type and scale of the farm: Beef cattle slaughter and processing, with 2000 ㎡ Amount of waste: 250 ton of cattle manure per day and 240 m3 of waste water per day from the slaughter house. (2) type of biogas plant, equipment used, （沼气厂和使用设备的类型） Type of biogas plant: CSTR technology, 4 x 2500m3 reactors in total volume of 10,000 m3 for fermentation,The 4387m3 storage tank 4,Supporting dehydration, sulfur removal system sets. Type of the equipment: 500KW generator sets 2 sets, Organic fertilizer production line 1, a production workshop, Biogas slurry irrigation piping system 1 set, 3,000 acres of irrigated farmland, vegetable, Supporting heating boiler set.

An annual output of 3.65 million m³ of biogas, annual generation of 6,570,000 kWh, an annual output of 32,565 tons of fertilizer biogas, an annual output of 136,448 tons of biogas. (4) construction and operational period（建设期和运作期） The project construction period is one year and the project will run for 20 years.

6. Major environmental impacts（主要环境影响） As an animal waste treatment project, the emissions generated by the project are mainly resulted from the collection of the manure from the animal breeding centers by odor and the noise pollution from the generator sets nearby the generator house. Other minor emissions may come from the processing of the feedstock by odor and the treatment of the solid waste generated in the process of desulfurization for biogas purification. The mitigation measures for the environmental impacts have been considered in the stage of project technical design, like the use of the tank truck for manure transportation, the noise-absorption materials and containers for installation of the generator sets, good arrangement design of the processing installations, proper package and treatment of the solid wastes during the project operation, and etc. In conclusion, the project has less impact on the surrounding environment.

7. Environmental management plan and staff to implement the plan（环境管理计

划和执行人员分工） The project has developed a complete EMP, detailed planning of environmental mitigation measures, environmental management, environmental supervision, environmental monitoring and other aspects. The EIA administration agencies are as follows: Environmental Protection Office of Shandong Province: In accordance with the requirements of relevant domestic laws and regulations, is responsible for project supervision of the whole process; Zibo Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau: In accordance with the requirements of the Office of Environmental Protection, Shandong Province, the project supervision of the whole process； Gaoqing Environmental Monitoring and Supervision Agency: help build a party responsible for to supervise the implementation of environmental protection measures on the construction site, while assist the project to develop the environmental management guidelines for routine environmental monitoring during operation of the biogas plant； Environmental staff: Besides the monitoring and supervision from the governmental agencies, 2 technicians from the Dadi Beef company will be engaged for implementation of the environmental management plan to monitor and mitigate the impacts of the environmental pollutions during the periods of project construction and operation.

5.建设内容（Construction content）：

Location: North of Yong Xin Road, Shengtuo town, Kenli County，Dongying City,Shandong Province Type and scale of the farm: dairy cow breeding farm with 16668 ㎡ Amount of waste: Daily amount of dung produced 68t/d, rinse wastewater volume of 100m/ d (2) type of biogas plant, equipment used, （沼气厂和使用设备的类型）

Type of biogas plant: The 1500m ³ CSTR anaerobic reactor 2，500m³ of gas

storage cabinets 1，and related dehydration, desulfurization facilities. Type of the equipment: 1 set of annual generation of 1,314,000 kWh of biogas power generation equipment, 2t / h heating boiler set

(3) amount of biogas generated, uses of biogas, uses of slurry and sludge（沼气产量，沼气的使用，沼渣沼液的使用） The annual biogas production of 1.095 million m3, of which 876,000 m3 used to generate electricity, generating 1,314,000 kWh, 219,000 m³ around 300 farmers for fuel use; biogas residue fertilizer with an annual output of 8,213 tons, annual output of 46,500 tons of biogas. (4) construction and operational period（建设期和运作期） The project construction period is one year and the project will run for 20 years.

6. Major environmental impacts（主要环境影响） The construction of the environmental impact of construction dust, noise, waste water and solid waste. As the construction period is temporary, partial, after the construction is completed, it will eliminate. Take appropriate pollution prevention measures can minimize the adverse effects of the construction period. During the operation of the environmental impact of the stench, biogas, surface water, groundwater, noise, solid waste. Structures seal design, and by the induced draft fan introduction of malodorous gases purification device deodorized biogas desulfurization treatment has little effect on the surrounding atmosphere; All wastewater is collected and sent back to digesters into biogas system, which will eventually biogas slurry form a fruitful field, no waste water efflux. All the biogas slurry as organic fertilizer for the surrounding farmland and forest planting area spraying or irrigation, improve soil fertility, less impact on the surrounding surface water environment. All structures, pipelines are made of cement concrete structure, take anti-corrosion anti-seepage treatment; repair damaged sewage pipes in a timely manner, timely removal of garbage, little effect on the surrounding groundwater. The main noise equipment to take sound insulation, noise, shock absorption, noise reduction measures, reasonable green plant in the region, the noise can be effectively reduced to Class II emission standards. After preliminary processing of biogas fertilizer fruitful field, and not discharged, less impact on the surrounding environment.

规模和废物的数量) Location: Mingji town, Zouping county, Shandong province Type and scale of the farm: Duck slaughter factory and duck slaughter amount is 11,000,000 per year. Amount of waste: 400 m3/d. (2) type of biogas plant, equipment used, （沼气厂和使用设备的类型） Type of biogas plant: UASB technology, UASB anaerobic reactor with 400 m3/d production of methane, with the volume of 500m3 in one reactor; Type of the equipment: ①2 UASB anaerobic reactor, daily production of biogas volume is 400 m3 per set, with a complete dehydration, desulfurization facilities; ②2 SBR reactor ( volume: 400 m3 /set);

③1 gas storage tank (volume:250 m3 /set);

④1 set of gas generator, annual generation capacity of

219000 kWh, (type:GFT/40);

⑤1 gas waste heat boiler (type: CWNS-0.35).

规模和废物的数量) Location: Mingji town, Zouping county, Shandong province Type and scale of the farm: Duck slaughter factory and duck breeding stock is 140,000 per year. Amount of waste: 400 m3/d excrement. (2) type of biogas plant, equipment used, （沼气厂和使用设备的类型） Type of biogas plant: USR technology, USR anaerobic reactor with 200m3/d production of methane, with the volume of 500m3 in one reactor; Type of the equipment: ①2 USR anaerobic reactor, daily production of biogas volume is 400 m3 per set, with a complete dehydration, desulfurization facilities;

②1 gas storage tank (volume:250 m3 /set);

③1 set of gas generator, annual generation capacity of

328,500 Kw.h, (type GFT/60);

④1 gas waste heat boiler, (type CLCS-0.7).

The solid fermentation residues in quantity is 6,172 tons per year and the liquid slurry production is about 60,900 tons per year, all of which are used for the farmland fertilization. (4) construction and operational period（建设期和运作期） The project construction period is one year and the project will run for 20 years.

Location: East Outer Ring, West of Baliyiing Village，Yanggu County, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province Type and scale of the farm: Pig breeding farm Amount of waste: Nissan about 50 tons of fresh manure.The average daily volume of sewage 130 tons. (2) type of biogas plant, equipment used, （沼气厂和使用设备的类型） Type of biogas plant: 1000m ³ anaerobic reactor two and related dehydration, in addition to sulfur and other facilities, a 600m ³ of gas storage cabinets. Type of the equipment: Annual generation capacity of 1,095,000 kWh biogas power generation equipment sets, a set of heating boilers. (3) construction and operational period（建设期和运作期） The project construction period is one year and the project will run for 20 years.

6. Major environmental impacts（主要环境影响） The construction of the environmental impact of construction dust and noise.But a small range of construction, the plant is surrounded by farmland, works in the process of building and operating process of the surrounding atmosphere, the water environment is not adversely affected.During construction, mechanical noise is a temporary impact on the environment, the surrounding villages far away from the construction site, the noise does not affect the surrounding residents. During the operation of the environmental impact of the stench, biogas, surface water, groundwater, noise, solid waste. Farm surrounding residents to live, the odor is temporary, the impact on the residents of the surrounding villages; biogas after sulfur removal has little effect on the surrounding atmosphere; biogas for planting irrigation, emissions are not over-the-counter on the surface water environment less affected; reasonable green plant in the region, can effectively reduce the noise, to class II emission standards; waste water waste by the biogas anaerobic fermentation biogas residue fertilizer to improve soil fertility.

Location: Gongming middle of the road, Economic development zone ,Liangshan, Shandong Province Type and scale of the farm: Cows, cattle, sheep breeding farm with 12,000 ㎡ Amount of waste: Daily production of cattle, sheep manure is about 60 tons, cattle, sheep urine approximately 70m/d, barn, Sheep Shed washing wastewater is about to 20m/d. (2) type of biogas plant, equipment used, （沼气厂和使用设备的类型） Type of biogas plant: The 2000m ³ CSTR anaerobic reactor 1, the 1000m ³ CSTR anaerobic reactor 1，500m³ of gas storage cabinets 1，300m³ of gas storage cabinets 1 and related dehydration, desulfurization facilities. Type of the equipment: Annual generation of 1,620,000 kWh of biogas power generation equipment sets, 2.0t / h waste heat hot water boiler set. 6. Major environmental impacts（主要环境影响） The construction of the environmental impact of construction dust, noise, waste water and solid waste. As the construction period is temporary, partial, after the construction is completed, it will eliminate. Major environmental impacts（主要环境影响） As an animal waste treatment project, the emissions generated by the project are mainly resulted from the collection of the manure from the animal breeding centers by odor and the noise pollution and dust from the generator sets nearby the generator house. Other minor emissions may come from the processing of the feedstock by odor and the treatment of the solid waste generated in the process of desulfurization for biogas purification. The mitigation measures for the environmental impacts have been considered in the stage of project technical design, like the use of the tank truck for manure transportation, the noise-absorption materials and containers for installation of the generator sets, good arrangement design of the processing installations, proper package and treatment of the solid wastes during the project operation, and etc. In conclusion, the project has less impact on the surrounding environment.
