Gene Ahner Scholarship Fund The CHCMB, Inc. is proud to offer the Gene Ahner Scholarship Fund through the Sunrise Recreation and Park District. The Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to qualifying families who have a financial need and reside within the District's boundaries, that would prevent them from participating in the programs offered through the Sunrise Recreation and Park District.
