Having been a PGA Professional for 50 years, Richard’s career spanned from Wagga Wagga Country Club, Catalina Country Club & Kareela Golf Club, where he retired at 51 years of age, after 20 years of service. However still with a passion for the Australian golf Industry, Richard for the past 11 years is active in assisting Cronulla Head Professional with the Cronulla Golf Club Junior Programme.

His legacy also extends to Tournament Golf via his playing career, his work on various Committees, as well as instrumental work in the PGA Tour of Australasia, PGA Pro-Am Series, Legends Tour Holden Scramble.
