A meeting of above subjected NIT on the basis of single stage-one envelope procedure held on 21-03-2017 at 3.00PM in the office of the Executive Engineer Electrical Energy-I Karachi under Chairmanship of Superintending Engineer Works & Service Department, Karachi. All the members of procurement committee were presets in the office of the undersign to discuss the Bid's invited vide under referred and subsequently hdsted on the web site of Sindh Public Procurement Regularity Authority and Published through information Technology Department, Government of Sindh in leading News papers. 1. Bidders / Representative , who were present , signed the attendance sheet. 2. The Sealed Tenders box was opened at 3.00PM and all the tenders were removed from box and placed on the table. 3. Participant/ bidders signed the attendance sheet (attached).

Proprietor of M/S Mehrab Electric M/s lqbal Enterprises M/S R.K Construction & Co M/S Al- Maqbool Associates see the corrections and he himself calculated the figures and reached the conclusion that arithmetical correction are made as per rules and he agreed to the values which were read aloud and noted by the bidders.

In the result, M/S Mehrab Electric ranked as 1st lowest bidder, M/s Iqbal Enterprises ranked as 3rd lowest bidder, M/S R.K Construction & Co ranked as 4th lowest bidder and M/S Al- Maqbool Associates 5th lowest bidder and (Disqualify / non responsive).
