Membership Extensions In an effort to support our members and keep everyone engaged, BABTA will be offering a 6 month extension to members who have lost their jobs through this crisis.

1) If not yet expired but now laid off, go to BABTA.org/Member Area/My Account Info & change your Primary contact to a personal email 2) Email [email protected] requesting the 6 month extension. Be strategic and wait until you receive your renewal notice (IF you have changed your email address!) 3) If membership has already expired (since April 1) and you have been laid off, contact Jeni for new sign on credentials. ❖ Keep standups brief – start on time and end within 10-15 minutes ❖ Not all meetings need to start or end at the top or bottom of the hour (heard of a 45 or even 15 min meeting!?) ❖ Keep your sense of humor ❖ Bring your pets/kids on camera for brief cameo appearances! ❖ Use Zoom of backgrounds (We’d all love to see your home décor, but…..) ❖ Experiment with adding fun themes for ceremonies (hat day, sports jersey team day, pajama day, etc.) ❖ Everyone handles stress differently, be empathetic to other teammates ❖ Be healthy and stand up, even take a meeting on a walk! ❖ Quaran-Tone anyone? (Free workouts...Peloton, Nike, etc.) ❖ Roll out the yoga mat and roll on a face mask!
