Payment must be received prior to the pickup day. -Receipts will be emailed to winning bidders. If you do not receive an emailed invoice, please check the "Invoices" tab of your account. Please note that the pick up policy is the same regardless of whether you receive an emailed invoice or not. Items must be picked up within the set pick up window listed in the "Dates & Times" tab of each sale. -Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies to sales from our Alexandria gallery. Tax-exempt dealers must submit their information PRIOR to the auction close by going to the "Reseller" tab of their account. -A buyer's premium of 19.25% will be added to every purchase. -"Caveat Emptor:" All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Alexandria Auctions LLC makes no guarantee, whether express or implied, with regard to a lot condition, value, age, maker, etc. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all items before bidding. -All sales are final. REMOVALPick up at 648 S. Pickett Street, Alexandria, VA 22304 on Friday, April 9th from 12noon-5pm and Saturday, April 10th from 12noon-5pm. Items not picked up or noted for shipping will be deemed abandoned and disposed of at close of business Saturday.
