E The remaking of Euclid Avenue was primarily a transportation project — a $197 million federally funded effort to improve a major artery and to connect Garfield Ave. Rd. Cleveland to using a bus rapid transit line. But the project also promised economic development, with the revived road acting Delmont as a canvas for construction.
