Han styler mer enn 100 fashion show hvert år i New York, London, Milano og Paris. Han er skaperen bak noen av de mest ikoniske hårfrisyrer. Guido skaper 8 av 10 hårtrender hver sesong. Gjennombruddet Guido fikk sitt gjennombrudd da han stylet håret i George Michael’s «Freedom» musikkvideo på 90-tallet, hvor supermodellene Linda Evangelista og Cindy Crawford var med. Kundeliste Prada, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Alexander Wang og mange flere. Guido har vært kreativ direktør for Redken siden 2005.
