Islamabad, the 15th April, 2019

No. F. 8(2)/2019-Cord(1).—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 51 and Section 104 of the Elections Act, 2017 read with Article 106 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to appoint the following officer as Returning Officer to conduct election on four seats reserved for Women and a seat reserved for Non- Muslim in the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa allocated to the Province as a result of merger of erstwhile FATAs:

Returning Officer Jurisdiction Provincial Election Commissioner, (I) Four Reserved seats for women in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. the Provincial Assembly, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. (II) One Reserved seat for non- Muslim in the Provincial Assembly, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
