EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONY

BELGIAN FEDERAL PARLIAMENT (June 15, 2021) Expert witness testimony about the criminal, national security, and international law aspects of addressing the more than 500 Belgian citizens and residents who joined the Islamic State, which perpetrated the Yezidi genocide. My recommendations were incorporated into the Parliament’s resolution adopted on July 15, 2021.
