1. The undersigned is directed to say that the 6(six) new Government Medical Colleges are being established namely at Arambagh (Hooghly), Tamluk (Purba Medinipur), (I.Iorth ), , () & at under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of "Establishment of new medical colleges attached with District/ Referral hospitals" Phase-II & Phase-III.

2. Now, after careful consideration, the undersigned is fuither directed to say that the Governor has been pleased to name the 6(six) new Government Medical Colleges as hereunder:-
