The City Manager of the City of Boulder proposes to adopt a regulation that would include the following provision: No person shall launch or land any aircraft,including but not limited to an ultra-light, glider, hot air balloon, powered hang glider, hang glider, pazaglider, pazachute, or any other device designed to convey humans through the air from or on the open space and mountain parks lands. These prohibitions do not apply to aircraft for any open space and mountain pazks lands where the city manager has determined to allow one or more of the otherwise prohibited activities and has posted signs specifying which activities are allowed. This regulation supercedes regulation 8-3.3-B filed Aprii l,2003. Copies are available for public review at Central Records at the Municipal Building,1777 Broadway 2nd floor.
