NEW STATUTORY GUIDELINE UNDER THE SUSTAINABLE PLANNING ACT 2009 Statutory Guideline 02/12 Making and amending local planning instruments I, the Honourable Jeff Seeney MP, Deputy Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning do hereby notify under section 117 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (the Act) that on 30 October 2012 I approved Statutory Guideline 02/12 Making and amending local planning instruments. On 15 November 2012, the Governor in Council approved the amending of the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009. On 16 November 2012 the subordinate legislation Sustainable Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 2012 was notified in the Queensland Government Gazette and, Statutory Guideline 02/12 Making and amending local planning instruments became effective. The above actions have repealed Statutory Guideline 01/12 Making and amending local planning instruments dated 16 January 2012. State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 REPEAL OF SIGNIFICANT PROJECT DECLARATION I, Barry Edward Broe, appointed as the Coordinator-General, do hereby repeal the declaration of the Water for Bowen water transport system project, as a significant project. This project was declared a significant project, for which an environmental impact statement is required, pursuant to section 26(1)(a) of the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 in the Queensland Government Gazette dated 8 December 2006. The repeal of declaration takes effect from the date of its publication in the gazette.

QUARTERLY STATEMENT This Quarterly Statement for the Consolidated Fund has been prepared pursuant to section 22(1) of the Financial Accountability Act 2009. At 30 September 2012, the Consolidated Fund had a balance of $22.731 billion (as shown in the table below). Amounts shown in this Quarterly Statement have been rounded to the nearest thousand dollars. As a result, amounts may not add to totals both across and downwards.
