Rust con (District cerning a problem he is having relative to his discharge from the Navy. Requests that since the President cannot personally attend the Persian Festival in Texas on May 21, he send a televised message, as the Queen of Iran is doing. Urges that arrangements be made now for a public commitment of the New York delegates. "I will be pleased to meet with any of your staff, at any time, to discuss this possibility. I also want to say that there is a desperate need to get something started on your behalf in New York. It is already late!" 5. William Armstrong Recommends that a resident of Colorado Springs be appointed to the Air Force Academy Board of Visitors and suggests Joseph Reich for this. 6. Bill Frenzel Endorses Judson Bemis for the National Council of the Arts. 7. John McCollister Strongly supports Dr. Philippe Shubik for the National Cancer Advisory Board. 8.
