Art Exhibition Launch

Back to Back Galleries, 57 Bull Street, Cooks Hill Exhibition to be launched by Newcastle writer Mark MacLean on Friday 1 April at 5pm. All welcome. Beyond the Print, a group art exhibition held in conjunction with Newcastle Writers Festival and curated by Margaret McBride, returns for a third year. The works, by Hunter artists such as Varelle Hardy, Anne-Maree Hunter and Brian Cox, are inspired by books featured in the festival program. The exhibition starts on 25 March and continues until 10 April.

The MacLean’s Booksellers festival bookshop is located on the Lower Ground Floor in the Banquet Room of Newcastle City Hall. Festival authors will be available for signings at the conclusion of their sessions.
