2. Bloch’s higher Chow groups Let us begin by recalling the definition of Bloch’s higher Chow groups. Since there are many good expositions in literature, we only consider the cubical version keeping in mind that Levine [10] established a quasi-isomorphism to the “original” simplicial version due to Bloch [3].
