St. Brigid Prayer Chain Praying is one of the most ancient of human practices. Prayer is used in a multitude of ways: to seek comfort, make a request, ask for guidance, heal and restore, express sorrow, celebrate joy or give thanks. A prayer chain kicks it up several levels, because it is a group of individuals who’ve decided to pray together. This theoretically amplifies the power of prayer. Praying as a group also fulfills another of our basic human needs: to connect, both with a power greater than ourselves and with one another. Members of the St. Brigid of Kildare prayer chain receive e-mails regarding specific intentions which parishioners have asked to have remembered in prayer. Prayer requests can be made by contacting the parish office at 614-761-3734 and leaving a message, or by emailing kcremeans@ stbri idofkildare.or . If you wish to become a “pray-er,” please contact the parish office. www.stbrigidofkildare.org June 20 , 2021 View this bulletin online at www.DiscoverMass.com St. Brigid of Kildare Church Ministry Schedule, June 26, 2021—June 27, 2021 5:00 PM 9:00 AM 10:45 AM Ministry Captain Dianne Schmeling George Gillespie David Nosker Lector Joane Less Kevin Foley Randy Dublikar Eucharistic Toni Bonasso Matthew Blouir Kelly Barr Ministers Lynn Cox Jennifer Conroy Len Carroll Patrick Durant Elaine Grubb Christine Drab Judy Rodgers Graham Guthrie David Nosker Dianne Schmeling Jodi Renard Jim Promenschenkel Stephanie Szlosek Brain Sikorski Sally Promenschenkel Ushers Mike Less George Gillespie Scott Drab Ann Schaffer Nick Little Steve Sweeney Paul Schmeling Dan Schreibeis Tony Testani 2021 Bishop’s Annual Appeal Summer Salt for the Soul We are trying to complete … to flavor the 2021 Bishop’s Annual Appeal in the next few … to season weeks.
