Returning to Earth, the Asgardians found New York City overwhelmed by the armies of Malekith the Accursed! After was killed in battle, Angela joined the heroes of Earth to fight back the Angels of Heven, who have taken over Africa, while the rest of the Asgardians sought out Annabelle’s spirit and brought her back to the land of the living. Now they must join the other heroes and reclaim the realm. For Angela, the battle has a personal stake: Malekith has allied with the Queen of Angels, the woman who kidnapped Angela at birth and ordered her death. Angela lived thanks to the Queen’s handmaiden, but now she is a warrior without a home, neither a true Asgardian nor an Angel of Heven.
