It was hard to fulfill for a long time but the appearance of Internet and e- governments made it possible in many countries throughout the world including Azerbaijan. The objective of this paper consists in revealing peculiarities of using the possibilities of digital economy in Azerbaijan to fight against corruption having deep socio-economic roots. New countries faced various challenges on establishing and developing their nationhood. It was required to resolve the issues associated with organizing a system of governance overstate bodies, transferring to market forms of operation of national economies, elaborating conceptual fundamentals of political development of the country and activity on the international arena. Bilindiği üzere, yıllardır Ermeniler “Büyük Ermenistan” düşüncesini gerçekleştirmek için bütün araçlara baş vurmuşlar. Amaçlarına ulaşmak için asırlar boyunca büyük güçlerin yardımına mazhar olmuşlar. Onlar için en önemli fırsat XIX. yüzyılın ilk çeğreğinde Güney Kafkasya’nın, özellikle Azerbaycan topraklarının Çarlık Rusyası tarafından işgali sonucu ortaya çıkmış, sonuçta Nahçıvan ve Erivan hanlıkları ilhak edildikten sonra bu topraklar üzerinde yapay Ermeni Vilayeti oluşturuldu. Introduction Leap years Armenian chauvinists resort to everything to gain their “Great Armenia” wishes. For to gain their wishes they are fawning on to some greatest and powerful states of the world. In the IV century the Armenian state is known to be rubbed out the stage of history. It was divided between Iran and Byzantium in 387. And in 428 the Iranian Armenian tsardom was put an end.1 In the XI-XIV centuries there only existed Kilikiya, the Armenian tsardom in the Turkish territories. No real Armenian state existed till the beginning of the XX century. Because they have lived in the territories of various states. From the beginning of the XVIII century Armenians endeavour to form their state in the territories of Azerbaijan.2 Russia has always supported those Armenian intentions and directed them to their own actions.

Nagorno-Karabakh is an ancient and historical part of Azerbaijan. As a result of Armenian aggression almost 20% of the internationally recognized territory of Azerbaijan is under Armenian occupation. More than one million of Azerbaijanis became refugees and internally displaced persons. Armenia conducted the policy of ethnic cleansing against Azerbaijanis in Armenia, in Nagorno-Karabakh and 7 other regions of Azerbaijan. Armenia committed genocide against Azerbaijanis in Khojaly. Khojaly genocide is already officially recognized by more than 10 countries. On February 26, 1992 Armenia committed war crime killing 613 peaceful residents of Khojaly, among them 106 women and 63 children. One of those war criminals who committed that terrible crime against humanity is current Armenian President. Leading international organizations adopted resolutions demanding withdrawal of Armenian troops from the territory of Azerbaijan. In 1993, United Nations Security Council adopted 4 resolutions demanding immediate and unconditional withdrawal of Armenian troops from the territory of Azerbaijan. Other international organizations, such as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Non- Alignment Movement, OSCE, Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and European Parliament adopted similar decisions and resolutions.
