    Ann Peterson, General Manager, The New Yorker Hotel A hospitality veteran and turnaround expert who holds more than three decades of experience in the industry, Ann Peterson joined Wyndham New Yorker Hotel in December 2012. In her role as President and General Manager, Peterson oversees day-to-day operations, including management of the hotel’s executive team and more than 500 hotel employees, as well as the rollout of a multi-million dollar renovation program that is well underway. Renovations will modernize the 912-room property including the hotel’s exterior, the addition of new guestrooms, revamped ballroom facilities and meeting space, and upgraded food and beverage outlets. Peterson, along with new Director of Sales and Marketing John Yazbeck, is charged with carrying out a new vision for the future of the storied Midtown Manhattan property. Prior to her current role at Wyndham New Yorker Hotel, Peterson served as Area General Manager for Crescent Hotels and Resorts in Minnesota.
