ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB SISWA TERINDIKASI LAMBAN BELAJAR DI SD NEGERI 4 PERCOBAAN WATES KULON PROGO TUGAS AKHIR SKRIPSI Diajukan kepada Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta untuk Memenuhi Sebagian Persyaratan Guna Memperoleh Gelar Sarjana Pendidikan Oleh: Eko Okfianto NIM. 13108241048 PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR FAKULTAS ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKRTA 2018 ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB SISWA TERINDIKASI LAMBAN BELAJAR DI SD NEGERI PERCOBAAN 4 WATES KULON PROGO Oleh Eko Okfianto NIM 13108241048 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan siswa terindikasi lamban belajar di kelas II A dan II B SD Negeri Percobaan 4 Wates Kulon Progo, pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive yang meliputi 2 guru, 1 siswa kelas II A, 1 siswa kelas II B, dan orang tua dari kedua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fakor genetik dan kondisi keluarga GS dan EG tergolong baik, sehingga tidak menyebabkan GS dan EG terindikasi lamban belajar. Faktor biologis non keturunan menyebabkan EG terindikasi lamban belajar, faktor ini berkaitan dengan kebutuhan gizi, konsumsi obat, serta kesehatan ibu selama mengandung. Faktor lingkungan keluarga GS dan EG tergolong baik, dan tidak menyebabkan siswa terindikasi lamban belajar. Faktor lingkungan sekolah GS dan EG tergolong baik, serta tidak menyebabkan siswa terindikasi lamban belajar. Faktor masalah pribadi menyebabkan GS dan EG terindikasi lamban belajar. Saran untuk guru, sebaiknya memberikan pendampingan personal kepada siswa supaya bisa memahami dan menyelesaikan masalah yang dimiliki siswa. -

ABSTRACT Product efficiency of the Brunei ethnic traditional kuih is highligted through the priceless knowledge inherited from their ancestors. The manufacturing of these traditional kuih is closely related to its culture or rites such as the celebration of marriage, birth or respecting deaths. These traditional kuih are very unique in the Brunei ethnic context because it was produced through innovative thinking. This way of thinking hence produces kuih-muih that comes in various functions and shapes that represents the heart and identity of a culture. This research is conducted to explore the cultural identity of the Brunei Ethnic kuih-muih production in Beaufort district. These kuih-muih include Kuih Jalurut, Kuih Tilapam, Kuih Lamban Udang, Kuih Tapai, Katupat Lupas and Bikang. This research involved two Brunei ethnic village; Kampung Weston and Kampung Lubuk; situated in Beaufort district, Sabah. This research applied Visualisation Technique and discussed several aesthetical elements like packaging designs, manufacturing ingredients and packaging methods. Every element discussed will be able to explain the role of these traditional Brunei ethnic kuih-muih in the context of identifying its culture identity and ancient rites. This is a qualitative research that utilises field research data that was obtained from interviews, observations and researcher’s direct involvement. -

Simberi is the oldest and northernmost island of the Tabar Group. It measures approximately 10 km east-west, 8 km north-south and rises to over 300 m above sea level. The currently known gold prospects (Sorowar, Pigiput, Pigibo, Botlu, Pigicow, Samat, Bekou and Monun Creek) on Simberi Island are located in the eastern half of the island within the central volcanic core. -

The Simberi Gold project is located on Simberi Island in the Tabar Islands Group and is comprised of an oxide plant and a sulphide development project. The oxide treatment plant was designed as a 2 Mtpa but is being expanded to 3.5Mtpa. -
