Appointment of one post of Conservation Architect (On contract basis) in the Competent Authority (W.B), Kolkata.
The Competent Authority, Eastern region, Kolkata desires to engage one Conservation Architect for fulltime for the Competent Authority (W.B) Office in Kolkata on contract basis as per the following requirement-
Essential and desirable qualification forthe candidate:-
Name of Post Conservation Architect on Contract Basis, for one year Scope of Work Preparing Heritage Bye-Laws,Documentation, Conditional assessment, Architectural research, Preparation of conservation plan & Project. Education qualification Essential Qualification & Experience:- & experience 1. Bachelor Degree in Conservation Architecture or Architecture. l. Experience of preparing Heritage Bye-Laws or site management plan of any Archaeological Monuments. 2. Master degree will be oreferred, Remuneration ~30000/- cer month (consolidated) Terms & Conditions 1. It will be open to the Government to terminate the contract by giving one month notice. They are also required to give one month prior notice to end the contract. 2. They shall not divulge any information, gathered by him during the period of assignment or after the termination of the assignment or after the termination of the assignment to anyone who is not authorized to know/have the same. Collected data would be the sole property of the Archaeological Survey of India. 3. They will not be entitled to any kind of leave other than weekly off and Gazetted holidays. 4. They will not be entitled to any perquisites, such as HRA, CCA, DA and residential accommodation etc. 5. Contract would be initially for one year which may extended every year on the basis of the performance of the individual. Last Date forApply 12 days from the date of publication.
