The production currently employs Co-funding: two workers while immediate job creation is one new job and 6,222 Euros Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and Small Enterprises additional one within a three-year period. The proposed CSR ON-GOING activity envisages donation of two bus stops and a prefabricated toilet for the village cemetery. In addition, they will participate in the maintenance of the only sports field in the village. SUPPORT TO AN KRAGUJEVAC The metal (catering industry equipment) production enterprise 26,248 Euros ENTREPRENEUR IN METAL Šumadijski District will procure modern equipment for plastification and metal Programme funds: PROCESSING UNIOS 2016 sheet cutting in order to accelerate the production process, 20,825 Euros introduce new products and decrease production cost, while Co-funding: Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and 5,423 Euros Small Enterprises responding to the market needs. The production currently ON-GOING employs one worker while immediate job creation is three new jobs and additional five within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages repairing and painting of the school fence and making and installation of four benches and six tables for the school yard. SUPPORT TO AN KRALJEVO The construction material (cutting, carving and processing of 16,421 Euros ENTREPRENEUR IN Raški District natural stone) enterprise will procure a stone cutting machine Programme funds: PRODUCTION OF that will increase efficiency in the production process and 12,632 Euros CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL reduce waste. The production currently employs one worker Co-funding: KOTLINA PROMET while resulting job creation is one immediate post and 3,789 Euros additional one within a three-year period. The proposed CSR Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and Small Enterprises activity envisages donations of products (stone slabs) for the ON-GOING yard decoration of Studenica Monastery as well as financial support to the primary school for improving the working conditions. SUPPORT TO A METAL NOVI PAZAR The metal (parts for upholstered furniture) production micro 36,298 Euros PROCESSING ENTERPRISE Raški District enterprise will procure a modern Computer Numerical Control Programme funds: ECCO-PRODUCT 2006 D.O.O. (CNC), welding machine and equipment for painting in order to 29,035 Euros increase productivity and quality of products and contribute to Co-funding: Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and 7,263 Euros Small Enterprises protection of the environment by introducing ecological ON-GOING processes. The production currently employs two workers while immediate job creation is two new jobs and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of school inventory to the primary school in Bele Vode near Novi Pazar. SUPPORT TO AN TRSTENIK The plastic (various items) production family enterprise will 27,887 Euros ENTREPRENEUR IN PLASTIC Rasinski District procure a new plastic injection moulding machine and moulds Programme funds: AND PAPER PRODUCTION NV- to enable the introduction of two new products and increase 22,073 Euros PLAST 2017, MEDVEĐA overall efficiency and revenue. The production currently Co-funding: employs one worker while resulting job creation is one 5,814 Euros Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and Small Enterprises immediate post and an additional one within a three-year ON-GOING period. The proposed CSR activity envisages the support of local youth association and donation of funds for the equipping of children's playground in the Special Education School for children with disabilities in Trstenik while donations will be also provided to the primary school in Čajka, local football club and vulnerable families. SUPPORT TO THE “ZLATIBOR” UŽICE Designed to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs in metal 54,850 Euros REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT Zlatiborski District industry the project envisages the development of a toolkit for Programme funds: AGENCY: WEST METAL GROUP innovative models of presentation at international fairs. 49,940 Euros CLUSTER IN EU MARKET Although primarily developed for nine West Metal Group Co-funding: cluster members, the model will afterwards be available to all 4,910 Euros Support to Business Support Organisations SMEs in the region. The project will also secure fulfilment of ON-GOING the preconditions for successful penetration of new markets through process of implementation/certification/recertification of relevant standards in all cluster members. During the project implementation partners will build up their capacities in business development service provision particularly in the field of access to finance and business internationalisation. SUPPORT TO A CONSTRUCTION VRNJAČKA BANJA The construction material (behaton, concrete tubes and 40,678 Euros MATERIAL ENTERPRISE Raški District sidewalks) production micro enterprise will procure new Programme funds: VATIMEX D.O.O. production equipment and a robot for manipulation of 29,825 Euros massive products. The production currently employs seven Co-funding: Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and 10,853 Euros Small Enterprises workers while resulting job creation is three immediate posts ON-GOING and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages paving the yards of educational and social institutions in the community, or financial donation to the local organisation of the Red Cross. SUPPORT TO A PLASTIC AND VRANJE The plastic (bubble wrap) production micro enterprise will 38,316 Euros PAPER PRODUCING Pčinjski District procure equipment for producing straight PVC foil in order to Programme funds: ENTERPRISE TERMOPOD increase efficiency and strengthen the market position. The 29,474 Euros D.O.O., VRANJSKA BANJA production currently employs five workers while immediate Co-funding: job creation is two new jobs and additional three within a 8,842 Euros Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and Small Enterprises three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages ON-GOING donation of construction foil to be used for building houses for the socially disadvantaged families. Through this grant a multi-axis CNC machine Programme funds: PED PROCESS D.O.O. for metal processing will be purchased, which will increase the 20,000 Euros production capacity and improve the quality of products. Co-funding: Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and 6,000 Euros Small Enterprises Finally, it will lead to the immediate creation of two new jobs COMPLETED and three in the long term jobs. The enterprise will implement corporate social responsibility activities which will provide support to local events. SUPPORT TO A FOOD ALEKSANDROVAC The fruit and vegetable processing enterprise will procure the 25,149 Euros PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE Rasinski District equipment for production of ajvar and fruit jams, namely three Programme funds: HEALTHY FOOD FROM ŽUPA separate machines – for washing fruits and vegetables, 20,154 Euros D.O.O., STUBAL pureeing and washing crates. New equipment will speed up Co-funding: the production process and increase productivity. The 4,995 Euros Support to Entrepreneurs, Micro and Small Enterprises production currently employs three workers while resulting job COMPLETED creation is one immediate post and additional five within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of their own products, fruit jams, ajvar etc. to the local kindergarten. SUPPORT TO AN ARILJE The entrepreneur is engaged in the production and installation 35,000 Euros ENTREPRENEUR IN METAL Zlatiborski District of sheet metal elements for roofing. They were pastoralists who were referred to in documents of the time as Vlachs. Vlach communities that specialized in extensive pastoralism are recorded in the oldest documents related to medieval Serbia fro m the end of the twelfth and the beginning of the thirteenth centuries. Over time, these groups took on a Serbian ethnicity. The collapse of classical feudalism and the specific Ottoman system, especially in the hinterlands and sparsely populated areas, ga ve the Vlach communities opportunities for meaningful social progress. The paper analyzes the rise of the Vlach Bakić family, who rose to power during the second half of the fifteenth and the first half of the sixteenth centuries, first within the Ottoman Empire and then later within Habsburg Hungary .     TOURISM IN FUNCTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA Tourism as a Generator of Employment (TISC 2019) – Thematic proceedings II DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM AND LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Jovan Rudež 1; Sr đan Drobnjak 2; Abstract The development of tourism and tourist destinations, especially in certain regions of Serbia, depends on the increase of social capital of the destinations. It applies particularly if the goal is to enter the international market, that is to attract foreign guests in a way which is in accordance with the local community development programme. This article has analyzed the way how to enlarge social capital with the aim to attract foreign tourist and then to test the integrative model iModel which is based on systematic thinking. Next, the relationship between systematic thinking, tourism and social capital has been discussed. The research has been done on Podunavlje District, whose market can be the regional countries and some developed countries such as Germany and Austria as well. The capacities can be enforced by enlarging social capital which needs the help of all the participants at the destination. This study is also based on the analysis of the application of local economic development programme (LED) related to the destination of Smederevska Palanka and Podunavlje District. A total of 22 maize samples were collected from four different districts across the country: City of Belgrade (nine samples), Šumadija (eight samples), Podunavlje (four samples) and Kolubara (one sample). Toxigenic fungi were identified according to the morphological characteristics whereas the mycotoxins contamination were detected using biochemistry enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent (ELISA) assay. The tested samples were mostly infected with Aspergillus, Fusarium and Penicillium spp., except that one sample originated from Kolubara was not contaminated with Aspergillus species. Fusarium graminearum was the most common species in the maize sample from Kolubara district (60%), F. verticillioides in the maize samples from Podunavlje (43.75%) and City of Belgrade (22.4%) districts, and Penicillium spp.
