Investran System Administrator Location: Los Angeles Our client, a prominent investment firm, is seeking an Investran System Administrator to join the private equity group. The person in this role will administer and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation, ongoing maintenance, and continual improvement of the private equity accounting system. Responsibilities

• Support all implementation work streams, including data migration, interfaces, and reporting • Maintain system configuration and settings • Maintain chart of accounts, hierarchies, and referential data • Create and maintain fund structures • Establish and maintain operating procedures around the application • Be first line customer support for accounting base • Interface with Application Services Group where necessary • Monitor and troubleshoot daily feeds / interfaces to and from the accounting system • Process improvements/efficiencies • Maintain the management fee and carried interest automations • Maintain allocation rules • Support SOC1 process requirements • Assign and maintain system security roles for users • Write, maintain and revise reports and queries as needed • Work with vendor and Application Services Group on software upgrades and prompt resolution • of updates and patches, as needed. • Recommend system and report changes where necessary for optimal performance • Coordinate and establish timing for system processing • Liaise with software vendor when necessary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in applications • Accounting system maintenance experience • Accounting degree preferred, knowledge of financial statements • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast paced, deadline-driven environment • Advanced knowledge of Excel, MRI and / or WSO is a plus • SSRS experience a plus
