Accounting System Administrator

Main Purpose:

Support the various system used in Accounting e.g. merely Consolidation BI (Galaxy) and any system lie QView used in the process from Local to Group accounts. Can cover NAV, as secondary role.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Undergraduate University Degree in economics, accounting, or other Administrative Areas with 5 years experience - Experience in all areas of Accounting, Reporting and Forecasting - Strong knowledge in Accounting - Strong experience in systems/ process e.g. BIs (INFOR). Knowledge of Essbase-Hyperion or similar is required. Knowledge in the ERP NAV is a plus - Computer proficiency in Excel processing, spreadsheet, and database applications (Microsoft Office). Experience in ERP Navision and BI INFOR is a plus - High level in English, both verbal and English Good communication skills required. Able to synthesis processes clearly and simply - Structured approach, to ensure process are followed as routine - Organizational skills - Goal-oriented and high standards for quality and performance

Key Responsibilities:

- Manages technically the set ups of the various systems (and ensure consistency) - Manages the access and specific set up, users accounts, etc. - Participate to designing process with accounting consequences e.g. o2c, p2p, ELV. - Monitors the KPIs related to processes to continuously improve those - Enhance controls, with aim System-Controls preventively

Specific system coverage:

- General Ledger set up - Posting Group set ups - Creation of new accounts/dimension after validation from Group Controller - BA work around Navision/Qview to formalize finance CR and test new releases/reports with Business - Support entities with accounting/system related questions
