We all share the need to have a procurement system that can provide our legislature and State agencies accurate and timely data that is easy to access. The current procurement systems do not meet the needs of their users. Nine founding state agencies are collaborating for a new state-wide e-procurement system. Leveraging interagency experience and resources, we have identified the needs and scope of the system requirements for the RFP.
