Tour Itinerary:

Landing to PERSIA Welcome to Iran. To be met by your tour guide at the airport (IKA airport), you will be transferred to your hotel. We will visit the lavish Golestan *, this fabulous walled complex is centered on a landscaped garden with tranquil pools. Time permitting; we can walk around Grand old of Tehran, few steps far from . Continue along the Bazaar route. Then at night, we take a flight to Shiraz. Glory of Persia We will have a full day city tour including Eram Persian Garden* called in Persian "Baghe Eram" (registered in UNESCO world heritage sites). Pasargadae, the Great In the morning, we have a full day of driving to reach our destination of Yazd. First visit Naqsh-e Rostam an ancient necropolis and then we visit the magnificent *. After that *, Tomb of (559-530 BCE), founder of Persian Empire, is waiting for us. Both sites are registered in UNESCO World Heritage. On our way to Yazd, We will have a stop to visit Abarkouh; a small desert city with some beautiful buildings. Religions Crossway After having breakfast, visit the stunning City of wind towers in middle of deserts and . of Yazd (related to Zoroastrians) is the first visit of the day. Fire temple in Zoroastrianism is the place of worship for Zoroastrians. Then we visit , a structure built by Zoroastrians for excarnation. Then, walk around the old area of the city and visit Yazd Jame mosque, and Fahadan district to feel the desert architecture culture. Among the many other historic sites to be seen in Yazd are beautiful old homes and the Dowlat Abad Garden*. Standing by the garden’s long reflecting pool, you’ll be shaded by ancient cypress trees. Glory of Desert

After having breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we leave Yazd to Isfahan. But en-route we visit the magnificent desert of Varzaneh. We will stay there until afternoon to enjoy the scenery. In the evening, we move toward Isfahan. O/N Varzaneh

The Glory of Islamic Arts Your exploration starts in Jame Mosque of Isfahan. Then through Gheysarieh Gate, you’ll enter the Naqsh-e Jahan Square*. This 17th-century site is one of the largest public spaces in the world. Here in the square, you’ll visit the * and Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque*, revered as a masterpiece of . In Ali Qapu Palace*, you’ll marvel at its beautiful music rooms and the balconies where Safavid kings would sit to enjoy the polo matches unfolding in the square below. Next up is Chehel Sotun*. Set in a landscaped and forested park in front of a tranquil reflecting pool, this graceful pavilion was built by Shah Abbas II for entertainment and court receptions. You’ll end your day exploring ZayandeRood River and its historical bridges called Si-o-Se-Pol and Khaju. O/N Isfahan

Kashan Life

Leaving Isfahan behind, continue to Kashan to visit Tabatabaei historical house, Borujerdiha/Abbasian historical house, and Fin Persian Garden*, a relaxing and visually impressive Persian garden with water channels all passing through a central pavilion and finish the day by visiting Aghabozorg mosque. O/N Kashan

Missing Persia On the last day, we leave Kashan to Tehran. Here you either go to IKA or go to your hotel and rest.
