Need of Road Safety

Roads have always been linked with the development of a society. Whenever a village or a place is linked by the road, it acts a catalyst for economic development of that area. Lack of knowledge of traffic regulations, road signs, driving capabilities and faster speeds have made road safety a matter of concern. Casualties and losses have increased to very large extent.

Traffic rules specify the way traffic is to move on the road and play a vital role in ensuring road safety. Road signs are devices played along, besides, or above a highway, roadway, pathway or other route and depict various aspects of road rules visually and also act as caution devices and facilitators on the road.
