Gelateria Callipo was the dream of Pippo Callipo, having grown up in Pizzo, the “Gelato Capital” of the world, Pippo dreamt to share with others his memories of childhood. TARTUFO Gelateria Callipo’s Tartufo, a typical product from Pizzo of Calabria’s renowned gelato tradition, is characterized by a fine liquid heart and the careful selection of quality ingredients.
