Alex Jones uses my theme although he claims to be unaware of my work and efforts, and goes nowhere near explaining what the theme means. "Maverick from Texas" called into the Alex Jones show the other day to tell Jones about my Solving 9-11 research. The Alex Jones channel has posted a YouTube video of the 5-minute conversation between Maverick and Jones, in which Maverick promotes my work by pointing out the essence of what my research means, while Jones avoids discussing it. This is very telling behavior from the media personality who claims to be the person who started the 9-11 truth movement - literally. The Maverick-Jones discussion is during the first 4 minutes and 50 seconds of the following video: "Solving 9/11 Ends the War" - Alex Jones Channel steals my tour slogan without going anywhere near the essence of my research which explains what this slogan means. This is an attempt to hijack people who are searching for information about my Solving 9-11 research by using this slogan.     Report June 2013 Israel: alternative regional options in a changing Middle East By Yossi Alpher1 Executive summary Today Israel confronts broad regional security challenges reminiscent of those it faced in the early decades of its existence. Then it responded to the threat posed by the hostile Arab states that surrounded it by developing the “periphery doctrine”. It formed strategic ties with Iran, Turkey and other non-Arab, non- Muslim or geographically distant Arab states and minorities that shared its concerns. The original periphery doctrine ground to a halt between 1973 and 1983 and was in many ways replaced by the Arab-Israel peace process, both bilateral and multilateral. Eventually, the failure to register significant progress toward a solution of the Palestinian issue blunted this momentum. Currently Israel sees itself increasingly ringed by hostile Islamists in Egypt, Gaza, southern Lebanon and probably Syria, as well as non-Arab Turkey and Iran. Once again it confronts the spectre of regional isolation. But it is far better equipped than in the past to deal with a hostile ring of neighbours. Its policy options include not only a “new periphery” (Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Greece and Ethiopia, among others), but also the projection of both soft (particularly economic) and hard power, a search for accommodation with political Islam beginning with Hamas in Gaza, and a partial or comprehensive two-state solution agreement with the West Bank-based PLO. First, a short summary of the history of post-war anti-Semitism in Austria is necessary in order to allow a contextualization of specific utterances from the Vienna election campaign of which will be analysed in detail below. Secondly, I will elaborate the Discourse-Historical Approach (DHA) which should allow readers to follow and understand the in-depth discourse analysis of specific utterances by Jörg Haider, the former leader of the Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ), during the election campaign. Finally, the question of whether we are dealing with ‘new–old’ anti-Semitism in Europe or just ‘more of the same’ will be raised. The Committee on Legal Affairs and the Internal Market appointed François Zimeray rapporteur at its meeting of 22 November 2000. At its meeting of 30 January 2001 it heard Mr Sichrovsky, pursuant to Rule 6(3) and held an exchange of views on the reasons for and against the waiver of immunity. It considered the draft report at its meetings of 6 March and 20 March 2001. It considered the draft report at its meeting of 11 April 2001 and adopted the proposal for a decision unanimously. EICHENSEHR Aegis Series Paper No. 2101 Introduction When a state seeks to defend itself against a cyberattack, must it first identify the perpetrator responsible? The US policy of “defend forward” and “persistent engagement” in cyberspace raises the stakes of this attribution question as a matter of both international and domestic law. International law addresses in part the question of when attribution is required. The international law on state responsibility permits a state that has suffered an internationally wrongful act to take countermeasures, but only against the state responsible. This limitation implies that attribution is a necessary prerequisite to countermeasures. But international Law and Technology, Security, National law is silent about whether attribution is required for lesser responses, which may be more common. Moreover, even if states agree that attribution is required in order to take countermeasures, ongoing disagreements about whether certain actions, especially violations of sovereignty, count as internationally wrongful acts are likely to spark disputes about when states must attribute cyberattacks in order to respond lawfully. Under domestic US law, attributing a cyberattack to a particular state bolsters the authority of the executive branch to take action. Congress has authorized the executive to respond to attacks from particular countries and nonstate actors in both recent cyber-specific statutory provisions and the
