COVID-19 Response: Community-Based Partnerships

As part of its announcement on August 24, 2021, the CDC Foundation announced it was providing grants to more than 150 community-based organizations to build community resilience for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and its outcomes. Below is the list of organizations announced on August 24.
