As I listened to the audio communications on the Michael Graham radio show between the port captain and the ship’s captain, I wanted to laugh. It sounded like a “Saturday Night Live!” skit. No one should have to order the captain to return to his ship and no captain should ever defy such an order as reportedly happened off the Italian coastline.
