Hvorfor bruker ikke Urbanet Analyse tallene fra Avinors Trafikkstatistikk for å beregne Trafikkprognoser og kalkyler? (Står ikke på kildelisten) Dette mener jeg blir lite seriøst. Her kan man sammenligne med steder med noenlunde like mange innbyggere i influensområde. https://www.regjeringen.no/contentassets/5816924ad9b243dfb3b7610c8fd1efff/lufthavnstruktur_helgel and_trafikkanalyser.pdf Hvis man legger til grunn influensområde MJF og MQN, så hadde de samlet en befolkning på 52492 per 31/12-14 (Dette er unntatt Meløy som hadde 6454 innbyggere, og blir ofte medregnet til Salten istedenfor Helgeland). Dette er noen færre enn f.eks Romsdal og influensområde MOL. Ihht SSB for januar 2015 hadde Nord-Helgeland, kommunenummer 18281837 (Nesna, Hemnes, Rana, Lurøy, Træna, Rødøy og Meløy), 42603 innbyggere. Alle disse lufthavnene som jeg refererer til her ligger langt over de beregninger som gjøres for en ny stor flyplass i Mo i Rana. Hvis disse flyplassene ikke er sammenlignbare, så bør det begrunnes utdypende mener jeg! Legger selvfølgelig til grunn at flyplassen i Mosjøen legges ned for kommersiell drift, slik Avinor og NTP tidligere har beskrevet. Handelshøgskolen i Bodø (SIB AS) Det er laget gode rapporter tidligere, som sier noe helt annet! (SIB-rapport 1/2008) Dette samsvarer med hva jeg også mener er riktig å sammenligne med. -

Avrenning fra sprengningsarbeider kan inneholde nitrogenforbindelser og suspendert stoff som kan være skadelig for miljøet, spesielt når disse når vannresipientene. Det foreslås derfor sedimentasjonsløsninger og muligheter for pH-justering før utslipp av anleggsvannet. Det sedimenterte slammet skal leveres godkjent mottak. Aktuell hovedresipient for behandlet anleggsvann er Ranaelva gjennom utslippsledning, samt Tverrbekken som renner videre via Steinbekken til Ranaelva. -

Special topic 1998-1999 – Management of the library (developments and improvements) 1998 one of the main focuses of the National Library of Norway has been planning the establishment of a new division of the National Library placed in Oslo. From 1. January 1999 the National Library took over the departments of the University of Oslo Library that so far had taken care of several of the functions of a national library. From 1. January 1999 the National Library consists of the Office of the National Librarian, placed in Oslo, and the two Divisions in Rana and in Oslo. In November 1998 a new position as head of "IT and Innovation" in the National Library was established. The new position is part of the Office of the National Librarian but located to the Rana Division, and it is given responsibility for strategic planning and coordination of all activities regarding IT within the National Library. 2. Major innovations during the year The major innovations has been made in the field of preservation of collections and IT. Please note point no. 9 and 10. The Norwegian Cultural Network-project was established in 1998 in the National Library, funded by the Ministry of Culture. There is also established related Networks for Libraries, Archives, Museums and Fine Arts in the project. The project will last until 2001.
