Det framgår av skjemaet hvem som har utført de ulike analysene. For mer informasjon henviser vi til NVEs rapport 12/2019 "NVEs forslag til nasjonal ramme for vindkraft". For kart i høyere oppløsning henviser vi til kartverktøyet tilknyttet nasjonal ramme på NVEs nettsider. Innledende beskrivelse av området AREAL: 5265 km2 KOMMUN ER: Oppdal, Rennebu, Rindal, Meldal, Melhus, Midtre Gauldal, Klæbu, Selbu, Tydal, Holtålen. Dette langstrakte analyseområdet strekker seg fra Trollheimen i vest, inn til foten av Storsylen i øst. Det er i hovedsak et vidstrakt fjellterreng med betydelige arealer over tregrensen. Det er ingen særlig høye topper i området om en ser bort fra noen 1500–1600 meters topper i forlengelsen av Trollheimen helt i vest. Mellom fjellpartiene er det flere store og dype daler med svært produktiv morenejord, og bosetting og bebyggelse i stil med dette. For øvrig er det en rekke levende fjellbygder i området, særlig knyttet til Gauldalen mellom Støren og Røros og langs Nea-vassdraget. Aktuelle landskapsregioner er primært Fjellskogen i Sør-Norge, Dal- og fjellbygdene i Trøndelagog Lågfjellet i Sør-Norge. Klimaet er primært innenfor moderate varianter av oseanisk, mens vegetasjonen i hovedsak ligger i kategoriene mellomboreal og nordboreal. Deler av området ligger i dagstursonen for Trondheim. Endel større veier og jernbanen går gjennom området, og flere vassdrag er tungt regulert med betydelige reguleringsmagasin.

    Spasertur gjennom Hyllestadgarden - kulturlandskap som har endra karakter 1865 2 «Midtstaden» Då Hyllestad i 1861 vart utskild som eigen kommune blei Hyllestadgarden «kommunesenter». Hyllestad låg midt i den nye kommunen og vart vald til administrasjonsstad for di det ikkje eksisterte større sentrum verken langs Bøfjorden, Åfjorden eller Skifjorden. Hyllestad var då som no eit balansepunktet mellom Sørbøvåg og Leirvik. I jubileumsboka «Hyllestad kommunen og folket» skriv Johs B. Thue dette om Hyllestad-garden …..: «Vi ruslar opp i det gamle Hyllestadtunet. Februardagen pustar klar og kald mot oss i austaver. Garden, tunet og kyrkjestaden breier seg vakkert ut her, med gravplass som er inngjerda av ein steinmur, der steinkrossar enno stikk opp i tre hjørne som tause vitne om eit eldgamalt handverk, knytt til kvernstein- og krosshogginga. Eit nytt prestegjeld og formannskapsdistrikt vart namnsett etter Hyllestadgarden i 1861, den kongelege resolusjonen om nyhendet kom den 6. mars og skulle settast ut i livet frå 1. juli, som altså er skipingsdagen for Hyllestad kommune. Her i tunet og i hallet ned mot Åfjordbotnen, Hyllestadvikja, blei det nye kommunesenteret etablert. Alle kommunestyre- møter fann stad her i tiår etter tiår. Nett her budde etter kvart lensmannen og postopnaren. Doktorkontoret grodde opp, sameleis telefonstasjon. Den offentlige infrastrukturen fann samlings- staden sin i dette tunet. Dampskipsekspedisjonen med brygge, solide jernpollertar og jarnringar for landfeste, fekk staden sin ved sjøkanten. It is an area that has remained untouched by major technological development, such as power trans¬mission lines or roads. Roltdalen is the largest wooded valley in the Sør-Trøndelag region without any roads. The conifer forest here is subject to national interest. The area now defined as national park has been in use for at least 2 000 years. The park therefore contains a broad range of cultural relics such as house footings, ironworks, Sami settlements, pitfalls, traces of copper mines and millstone quarries, tar kilns, hill farm buildings, remote hayfields and old transport routes. Det er siste 20 år fra Hardangervidda i sør til Finnmark i nord bare påvist ynglinger i et fåtall av hiene der arten fremdeles har tilhold. Spesielt lite yngling har det vært i Snøhetta-området, Sylane og Tydalen-Holtålen. Den norske forvaltningen har i langtid hatt fokus på fjellreven og gjort en del tiltak for å øke fjellrevbestanden. Det er derfor positivt at flere engasjerer seg i fjellrevproblematikken. Mål for prosjektet er å etablere en samarbeidsorganisasjon som skal arbeide over grensen for å øke fjellrevstammen i de jämt-trønderske grensefjella.
