The diversity of birds around Las

Vegas is amazing. One might think that the

Nevada desert, being a wasteland, would

be barren and devoid of life -- but the birds

alone prove that this is not true. These are

just some of the birds that I have selected

for upcoming winter projects.

K- American yellow warbler

1 - American Robin

2 - Mountain Bluebird -

3 - Hooded Oriole

4 - Acorn Woodpecker

5 - Rufous Hummingbird

Hopefully, you’ll have as much fun as

we are learning about the amazing birds in

the state of Nevada!
