In the event of postponements through wet weather, the foregoing closures and associated arrangements will instead apply on the day following each event, ie: •In the case of the ASB Bank Starry Nights event, they will apply on the following day, Sunday 22 February 2004. •In the case of Classical Sparks, they will apply on the following day, Sunday 29 February 2004. Right of Objection These closures are proposed to be made under paragraph 11(e) of the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974. The proposed closures will apply to all vehicular traffic with the WAITANGI DAY REFUSE COLLECTION exception of emergency service vehicles. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed closures may do so in writing to the Friday 6th February 2004 Council Secretary, Christchurch City Council, P O Box 237, Christchurch, not later than 4pm on Friday 20 February 2004. The weekly household refuse and recycling collection and daily central business collection for Friday 6th February 2004 (Waitangi Day) will take place as usual.
