AUDITORS REPORT

I have audited the Statement of Financial Position and the Income and Expenditure Statement of Meander Valley Online Incorporated for the period from July 1st, 2015 to June 30th, 2016.

In common with other organisations of this nature part of the Association’s income is derived from cash sources over which there was no system of internal control upon which I could rely for the purposes of the audit and there are no alternative practical procedures that could be adopted to verify the amount of income from these sources.

In my opinion, except for the effects of such adjustments, if any, as might have been determined necessary had the scope of the audit not been restricted as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the financial statements referred to above are properly drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of Meander Valley Online Incorporated as at June 30th 2016, and of its results for the year then ended in all material respects, according to the information at my disposal, the explanations given to me, and as shown by the accounting records.
