NÚMERO 12 JULIO DE 2018 Revista electrónica [http://www.eumed.net/rev/rehipip/10/index.htm] e impresa Texto al completo del nº 12 en versión electrónica (html y Pdf) y editado en papel en Madrid y dedicado en homenaje a Rudolf Jhering GUNZENHAUSEN – MADRID – BARCELONA La Revista europea de Historia de las ideas políticas y de las instituciones públicas es una publicación electrónica de periodicidad semestral, que incorpora el sistema de referees por pares para la edición de los artículos. Dicho criterio no se aplica a la sección de Notas, Noticias, Recensiones, y Valoraciones doctrinales, bajo el control del director y de la vicesecretaria de redacción. La presente revista es la única publicación periódica española de carácter científico en el ámbito de las Ciencias Sociales y Jurídicas que admite trabajos y colaboraciones en 15 lenguas (francés, inglés, italiano, alemán, español, polaco, árabe, holandés, catalán, húngaro, latín, croata, búlgaro, sueco y rumano). No se admiten ya, desde 2013, trabajos escritos en portugués, danés, ruso, ucraniano, griego moderno, noruego, finés, etc. Asimismo, se acompañarán resúmenes y palabras clave en dos lenguas de las anteriormente indicadas. Los profesores que, a iniciativa propia, no invitados por la redacción, envíen artículos a esta revista deben ser docentes de una Universidad que el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas español, a través de Webometrics, integre entre las dos mil primeras del mundo. Amplios Abstracts de la revista aparecen publicados en EconPapers (Örebro University – Swedish Business School. Suecia), en RePec-Ideas de la Society of Economic Dinamics (University of Connecticut. EE.UU.), en EconBiz (Hannover y Colonia. Alemania) y en Соционет, научное информационное пространство (Moscú. Rusia). La presente revista ya no es una publicación periódica vinculada a la Universidad de Málaga, sino interuniversitaria, con un sitio alojado en Gunzenhausen (República Federal de Alemania). Las indicaciones sobre el modo de envío de artículos y recensiones están precisadas en Normas de publicación. Storia di Severiano de Heredia nelle pubblicazioni degli Archives de France MORELLI, Mafalda Abstract Severiano de Hérédia, homme politique français d'origine cubaine, est élu Président du Conseil municipal de la Ville de Paris en 1879, et Ministre des Travaux publiques en 1887. Malgré l'importance de ses fonctions, cet éclectique personnage, complètement ignoré par l'Histoire, est aujourd'hui inconnu même des Français. À partir de l'analyse et de la traduction de ses écrits, et des publications présentes dans les Archives de France, le travail vise à faire le point sur l'importance et l'originalité de cette singulière figure, afin d'expliquer les possibles causes du silence qui l'entoure. Un silence que l'on peut qualifier d'assourdissant tant que Hérédia a activement participé à la réforme de la société française de l'époque, et à la bataille pour l'affirmation des idéaux qui encore aujourd'hui sont parmi les piliers de la République française : la laïcité et la démocratie. I declare that my thesis consists of 87,402 words. 2 Abstract Following the Fall of France in 1940, the nation’s industry was fundamentally reorganised under the Vichy regime. This thesis traces the history of the keystones of this New Industrial Order, the Organisation Committees, by focusing on the organisation of the French steel industry between the end of the Third Republic in 1940 and the establishment of the Fourth Republic in 1946. It challenges traditional views by showing that the Committees were created largely to facilitate economic collaboration with Nazi Germany.
